How do I create a Repfie account?
Open the Repfie app, tap Sign Up, and choose your role: Buyer, Angelfluencer (creator), AngelRetailer (seller), or NPO. Confirm your email, complete face liveness verification (a 10-second on-device check), and you are in.
Why does Repfie ask me to verify my face?
To eliminate impersonation, fake reviews, and bot accounts. Verification is a one-time, on-device process that confirms a real, live person is behind the account. We store only a small face landmark vector , never raw video. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I reset my password?
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email link. If you have lost access to your email, contact [email protected] from a phone number that matches the one on file.
How does RepGlow enhance my photos?
RepGlow improves lighting, color, and skin clarity while mathematically guaranteeing your face shape, eyes, nose, and ethnic characteristics are unchanged. Each enhanced photo carries an invisible verification badge in its metadata so anyone can confirm it is genuinely you.
How do I order a personalized AI portrait?
Open the AI Models tab, choose a creator who has published their model, customize the prompt (or pick from style presets), and pay with RepToken or your card. The portrait is delivered to your inbox in 1–5 minutes and is signed by the creator.
How do I become a seller (AngelRetailer) or creator (Angelfluencer)?
During sign up, select the AngelRetailer or Angelfluencer role. You will be guided through business setup, identity verification, payout setup (Stripe Connect), and your first listing or campaign.
How do refunds work?
You can request a refund directly from the order page within 30 days of delivery. Sellers must respond within 72 hours. If a dispute is unresolved, Repfie's Harmonious Resolution system mediates fairly.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We remove your off-chain data within 30 days. Note: any AI Identity NFTs you minted live on a public blockchain and cannot be deleted by anyone, including Repfie.
How do I report content, an account, or a bug?
Use the three-dot menu on any post, profile, or message and choose Report. For bugs or anything that does not have a Report button, email [email protected] with screenshots.
Why can I not message a creator?
Direct messaging requires face verification on both sides. Some creators also charge a small RepChat fee per conversation, which is shown before you start the chat.
