1. Introduction

REPFIE INC., a Washington state corporation, whose address is 100 N Howard St., Suite R, Spokane, WASHINGTON UNITED STATES 99201 ("REPFIE," "We," "Us") offers a secure e-commerce software platform (the "Platform") for generating, managing, and monetizing digital media using artificial intelligence that leverages an individual's likeness, including a voice, image, and textual likeness. Further, unlike conventional marketplaces that impose restrictive entry conditions and fixed commission rates, REPFIE is an inclusive structure that allows influencers of any size to join the Platform, where they can promote AI-generated or physical products or services, set their own incentives, and transparently receive commissions. Repfie is a social commerce and digital identity platform where trust, authenticity, and ownership of identity are foundational principles.

Unlike traditional social platforms that permit anonymity by default, Repfie is designed to:

• Prevent impersonation and AI identity abuse
• Protect creators, Angelfluencers, and public figures
• Enable verifiable ownership of digital identity assets via blockchain technology

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect ("data"), why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have, especially regarding biometric data, face verification, and AI identity protection. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason. The date of the last revision to Privacy Policy is January 1, 2026.

Repfie is currently only accessible to persons located in the United States of America. By using the Platform, you state that you are located in the United States of America and are not subject to privacy protection laws of any other country.

By accessing or using Repfie, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Categories of Users and Uses of Collected Information

This Privacy Policy applies to all Repfie users, including:

• General Users / Repfiers
• Angelfluencers (Influencers with verified identity)
• AngelRetailers / Sellers
• Guests and Buyers
• Verified Public Figures

Each category may be subject to additional consent requirements.

The data collected is used for generating, managing, and monetizing digital media using artificial intelligence that leverages an individual's likeness, including a voice, image, and textual likeness on the Platform and implementing an e-commerce marketplace on the Platform. We further use the data for: customizing Your experience of using the Platform; communicating with You about the Platform, including sending legally required notices; monitoring and analyzing usage and trends to improve user experience; ensuring the security and integrity of the information within the Platform; and complying with legal obligations. Specific uses of the data are also noted below.

3. Core Privacy Principle: Identity With Consent

Repfie operates on a Consent-First Identity Model:

4. Data We Collect

Repfie collects data that you choose to provide directly or through interactions with the Platform, data provided by your device, data provided by your Internet service provider, and data provided by third party sites with which you interact and which interact with Repfie. Details on data we collect are provided below.

4.1 Standard Account Information

• Your Name
• Birthdate
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Wallet address (for blockchain features)
• Account activity logs
• Mailing Address
• Social media user name (optional)
• Information regarding an organization that you represent, including business license information (if applicable)
• Insurance information (if applicable)

4.2 Content You Create or Upload

• Posts, comments, messages
• Product or service listings
• Reviews and ratings
• Uploaded images, videos, audio, including those bearing your likeness.

4.3 Biometric & Identity Data (Explicit Consent Required)

This includes:

• Face images used for account verification — as further described below, face verification is necessary to access certain of the Platform. Images of your face are collected as part of this process.
• Face landmark vectors (not raw biometric scans) — derived from images of your face.
• Liveness verification results — results of you following basic movement instructions on camera to confirm that you are a real, live person.
• AI identity signatures (for eligible users) — signatures obtained using an AI model trained on your likeness.

Repfie does not sell your data and does not use biometric data for advertising.

5. Face Verification & Real-Face Requirement

5.1 Who Must Verify Their Face

You must complete face verification if you choose to:

• Send direct messages to other users
• Comment on posts
• Participate in community discussions
• Create Angelfluencer or Seller profiles
• Access paid social features

This policy exists to:

• Reduce fraud and harassment
• Eliminate impersonation
• Protect minors and public figures
• Enable meaningful accountability

5.2 How Face Verification Works

Repfie's Face Verification Technology:

• Performs client-side landmark detection
• Uses liveness challenges to prevent spoofing
• Stores only processed verification artifacts, not raw video streams

6. Public Face Visibility Consent

By enabling social interaction features, you consent that:

• Your real face is visible to other verified users
• Your profile represents a real human identity
• Your account is protected against impersonation

If you do not consent:

• You may still browse
• You may still purchase
• You may not interact socially

This tradeoff is intentional.

7. Angelfluencers & AI Identity Registration

7.0 Scope Expansion: AI Identity NFTs and Immutability

Repfie offers eligible users (including Angelfluencers and other verified individuals) the ability to create, sign, and mint AI Identity non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on supported public blockchains. These AI Identity NFTs are based on your likeness, such as based on recognizable images of your face, videos of you, your voice, and writing style.

By choosing to use this feature of the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and consent that:

• AI Identity NFTs, including associated identity signatures, hashes, and metadata, are public by design — EVERYBODY will be able to see them as they are on a widely distributed media. Whatever you put on blockchain records becomes permanently Publicly Available Information. By using AI Identity NFTs (or putting any other on public blockchain records), you are lawfully making your data (including biometric data and other data related to your likeness) available to the general public.
• These records are written to public blockchain infrastructure and are therefore permanent, immutable, and non-deletable — you cannot change these AI Identity NFTs bearing your likeness once they are created.
• Once again, neither Repfie nor any third party can alter, redact, revoke, or remove these on-chain records once they are created.

These provisions apply to face-based AI identity signatures, voice identity signatures, and any future identity-derived NFT instruments.

7.1 Optional but Powerful Protection

If you opt in for creation of AI Identity NFTs, you explicitly consent that:

• An AI identity signature that is associated with your likeness (appearance, voice, or writing style) is going to be created using an artificial intelligence model.
• Your AI identity signature is publicly verifiable.
• Your AI identity signature may be used to detect unauthorized AI-generated content.
• It may be referenced to prove non-consent in impersonation or deepfake cases.

These features are part of Repfie's Global Digital Identity Property System.

7.2 Irreversibility and User Responsibility

By providing digital media bearing your likeness, creating an AI identity signature (and thus registering your AI identity) and minting an AI Identity NFT, you further acknowledge that:

• These actions are voluntary and irreversible.
• You are solely responsible for the decision to publish your AI identity NFTs on-chain.
• Requests for deletion, erasure, or the "right to be forgotten" do not apply to on-chain AI Identity NFTs — AI Identity NFTs are published FOREVER.

Repfie presents clear warnings and requires explicit confirmation before executing irreversible blockchain actions.

7.3 What This Does Not Mean

• Repfie does not allow others to generate content using your identity.
• Repfie does not grant licenses without your approval.
• Repfie does not expose raw biometric data.

Your identity remains yours, cryptographically and legally.

8. AI Misuse Detection & Enforcement

Repfie uses data collected from you to actively scan platform content to:

• Detect face similarity misuse
• Identify AI-generated impersonations
• Flag deepfake content

When violations are detected:

• Content may be removed
• Accounts may be suspended
• Evidence may be preserved for legal enforcement

9. Blockchain & Public Records

The Platform utilizes the blockchain records for the purposes listed below. The way your information listed in the blockchain records is used is described below.

9.1 Public and Immutable Nature of Blockchain Records

Certain data associated with you may be recorded on public blockchains, including:

• AI Identity NFTs
• Identity ownership proofs
• Content authenticity hashes
• Licensing metadata regarding use of your AI signature by others permitted by you.

Once written on-chain:

• The data is publicly accessible and widely distributed
• The data is cryptographically immutable
• The data cannot be deleted, modified, or revoked

Users must explicitly approve each on-chain action before execution.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data or any other data received from you.

We may share limited data:

• With payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• With infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud, security)
• With software development providers
• When legally required, such as a court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• With user consent for licensing or monetization
• With a buyer or successor of Repfie in the event of a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Repfie's business or assets.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Repfie or its affiliates, customers, or others.
• Other parties with whom you authorize us to share your data.

Biometric data is never directly provided to advertisers. However, note that biometric data that you choose to put on the public blockchain records is publicly available to EVERYONE.

11. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Face verification data may be retained to prevent re-registration fraud.
• On-chain records cannot be deleted and are retained forever.
• Off-chain data can be deleted upon request, where legally possible.

12. Your Rights

With relation to their data on the Platform, users can:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccuracies
• Request deletion (excluding on-chain records)
• Withdraw consent (with feature limitations)
• Export your data

13. Children & Minors

Repfie does not knowingly allow use by any persons under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect any data from such persons.

Repfie uses:

This policy may be updated as:

19. Device, Log & Usage Information

To operate and secure the platform, Repfie automatically collects limited technical data, including:

• Error and diagnostic logs

This data is used strictly for:

• Security monitoring
• Abuse prevention
• System diagnostics
• Performance optimization

It is not used for advertising and not sold to third parties.

20. Platform Monitoring & Automated Safeguards

Repfie uses automated systems to help:

• Identify AI-generated identity misuse
• Flag suspicious or abusive behavior
• Enforce platform integrity rules

These systems support human moderation and security operations. Final enforcement actions may involve internal review, especially where accounts or content are affected.

21. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure Providers

Repfie relies on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including:

• Payment processors
• Cloud hosting and storage providers
• Security and monitoring services

These providers process data only on Repfie's instructions and only for permitted operational purposes.

Repfie does not authorize third parties to use personal data for their own advertising or profiling.

22. External Links & Embedded Content

The platform may include links to third-party websites or embedded services. Repfie is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of external platforms.

Users should review the privacy terms of any third-party service they access.

23. Data Transfers & Distributed Infrastructure

Repfie operates on globally distributed infrastructure.

Your data may be processed or stored across multiple regions depending on system architecture, availability, and performance requirements. Currently, all of your data within the Platform is stored within the United States of America. Data may be temporarily accessed by authorized personnel of Repfie when outside of the United States of America.

Blockchain-based records are outside of the Platform and are processed on public decentralized networks, which are inherently global, public, and not tied to a single jurisdiction.

Users explicitly acknowledge this before performing any on-chain action.

24. Consent Withdrawal & Feature Limitations

You may withdraw consent for data processing, including for biometric verification.

If consent is withdrawn:

• Social interaction features may be disabled
• Identity-dependent services may become unavailable
• Fraud-prevention safeguards may remain in place

Withdrawal of consent does not affect data already recorded on public blockchains.

25. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" or similar signals. At this time, Repfie does not respond to such signals automatically.

Privacy controls are managed directly through platform features where available.

26. Consent to Receive Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you agree to receive emails, text messages (data rates may apply), and other electronic communications from Repfie. Your email address will be used only for providing content, performing services, or offering products you requested. Repfie does not sell or rent email addresses to unrelated third-parties. To protect your own confidentiality and safety, please make sure that the email you provide Repfie is secure and no one else has access to your email.

27. Operational Responsibility & User Acknowledgment

By using Repfie, you acknowledge that:

• Identity-based platforms require stronger safeguards than anonymous systems.
• Certain data processing is essential for trust, safety, and accountability.
• Blockchain-based identity records are permanent by design.

These tradeoffs are intentional and fundamental to Repfie's architecture.

28. Mobile App Permissions

When you install Repfie on iOS or Android, the app may request access to your camera, photo library, microphone, location (when in use), notifications, and biometric unlock (Face ID / Touch ID / Android Biometric). Each permission is requested only when you actively engage a feature that requires it, can be revoked at any time from your device settings, and declining only disables the specific feature it powers.
